Extra amount charged TO the dealer for materials (added to revenue) in the Pricing Review tab's Dealer margin - separate from, and opposite in direction to, the Dealer rep commission below (money paid out to reps). Saved together with the rest of this grid.
Percentage taken off the top of the Dealer channel's own Margin-source column price before its margin is computed (money paid out to reps) - see the Material surcharge above for the opposite-direction adjustment also applied to Dealer. Feeds Actual/Planned/Recommended margins and Recommended Pricing on the Pricing Review tab (previously fixed at 10% with no control here at all). Saved together with the rest of this grid. Retail's own former markdown rate was removed 2026-07-27 - Retail now reads its Margin-source column unadjusted, same as Online.
Drives the Pricing Review tab's Recommended Pricing and the Margins stack's "R" figure - each channel's own target is solved backwards into a recommended price for whichever column below feeds it (see "Margin source" below). A channel that's the only one reading its column solves exactly; two channels sharing one column average what each implies - as close to both as one shared price allows. Saved together with the rest of this grid.
Which price column below each channel's margin (and Recommended Pricing) is computed from - lets a renamed or newly-added column stand in for any channel instead of requiring the original Wholesale/MAP/MSRP names. Defaults: Retail & Online → MAP, Dealer → Wholesale, Commercial → MSRP. Saved together with the rest of this grid.

Rows are keyed by base SKU code (variant suffixes like -DE-TY-AS are stripped automatically, matching the Pricing Review tab's own grouping). Price columns start empty on a never-saved pricelist and are otherwise entirely driven by what's actually here: Import CSV… creates a column for each price column the file itself has (whatever it's actually named — no MSRP in the file means no MSRP column gets added), and a column whose name matches Wholesale/MAP/MSRP/Retail/Online/Dealer/Commercial is automatically pointed at that channel's "Margin source" below. Columns can also be renamed in place by editing the column header, removed with the × next to a header, or added manually with "+ Add Column" above. The Pricing Review tab picks up whatever columns and names exist here, and each channel's own margin source can be repointed at any of them regardless of how it got there (see "Margin source" above). Saving writes directly to the same Azure Blob container the Pricing Review tab reads from, plus a timestamped snapshot under pricelists-history/ as an audit trail - reload the Pricing Review tab afterward to see the change.
