A new pricelist starts with every real, sellable SKU and lumber row AVAILABLE but nothing checked - build it up from inside via "Manage SKUs…": search (e.g. "lumber"), then "Check All Shown" to check everything that search turned up, without touching anything outside it. "Type" pre-fills Default Margin % from the matching Target Margin rate already configured on the Manage Pricelist tab (Wholesale here reads the same rate that tab calls "Dealer") - editable per pricelist afterward, and per SKU line inside it. Publishing freezes a dated, permanent snapshot of the current line items/prices; further edits never change what was already published - see a pricelist's own Version History. Saving writes directly to Azure Blob Storage (customer-pricelists.json), plus a timestamped snapshot under customer-pricelists-history/ as a general audit trail, separate from per-pricelist Publish versions.

Planned Cost is recomputed live from the Planned Costs tab's current data every time this list is opened - editing/republishing after a material cost changes needs no extra step. A line's Margin % shows the pricelist's own Default Margin % until overridden here; Sell Price is editable too - type an exact price and it's used exactly (never re-rounded from cost/margin), with Margin % updating to show what margin that price implies. Editing either field clears the other kind of override, so the one you touched last wins. "Reset" clears whichever override is active, back to following the pricelist's own Default Margin %. Unchecking a SKU keeps it on this list (so a re-check doesn't lose an override) but excludes it from Publish/Export - and, by default, from this table too, so what you see here is what would actually publish; check "Show excluded SKUs too" to browse everything available instead. The search box only filters what's shown here - it never changes what's included/published. To build a printable customer quote, use the Create Quote tab and pick this pricelist there. SKUs are grouped by product collection (Callaway, Commercial, Hartwell, Savannah, St. Simons, matching the printed 2026 pricing sheet) on this list, the Manage SKUs dialog, and every printed Export - anything not recognized as belonging to one of those collections is grouped under "Other Products" at the end rather than guessed at. Lumber rows (their own "Lumber" group) show Planned Cost/Sell Price per LINEAR FOOT, not per board - length is only chosen once a customer orders, on the Create Quote tab's "Add Lumber…" flow, which also rounds the requested board count up to a full pallet.
